Most people reach their peak growth around age 20, after which they gradually decline and begin their journey into aging. However, proper diet can delay the onset of aging.
Don't eat only or too much white rice; try to include foods like oatmeal. Eat a balanced diet daily, including fish, meat, eggs, beans, milk, and fruits, but don't eat too much meat. Also, eat leafy vegetables and root vegetables; consume a small amount of vegetable oil daily, and eat some seaweed.
Vegetable oils containing unsaturated fatty acids are effective in preventing adult diseases, but excessive consumption is also not good. For example, alpha-linolenic acid, a representative unsaturated fatty acid, is present in cell membranes and activates cell function; if alpha-linolenic acid is insufficient, cells will age. In addition, alpha-linolenic acid has a significant effect on regulating blood pressure and blood lipids. However, unsaturated fatty acids are easily oxidized into lipid peroxides, which hinder the normal movement of cells and accelerate cell aging. An increase in lipid peroxides worsens blood quality, which is one of the causes of arteriosclerosis.
Vitamin E prevents the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids, promotes blood flow, effectively prevents adult diseases, and thus prevents aging.
