Jiangsu Vanguard Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Technology Center has been recognized as a provincial-level enterprise technology center after undergoing company application, local recommendations, expert review, defense and investigation, and departmental review. The center currently has 70 R&D personnel and a building area of 5,000 square meters. It has four departments: R&D Department, Quality Department, Information Technology Department, and Testing Center, under which is the Innovation Management Committee. The center actively introduces excellent pharmaceutical R&D talents and internationally advanced R&D equipment, continuously improving the company's independent innovation capabilities; there are 43 R&D personnel, including 2 doctors, 4 masters, and 37 bachelors, making it the fastest-growing, most efficient, and strongest pharmaceutical R&D team in Haimen City in recent years. The center has more than 400 sets of instruments and equipment with an original value of 8.663 million yuan. The center currently owns 26 Jiangsu Provincial High-tech Products, of which 6 varieties have been rated as Jiangsu Provincial Independent Innovation Products, and it owns 23 invention patents. More than 30 new drugs currently under development are awaiting approval from the National Medical Products Administration. Since its establishment, the center has jointly completed more than 80 R&D projects, of which 25 have been transferred to workshops for mass production. The center also possesses multiple technologies, including targeted technology, marine low-molecular-weight brown algae technology, and high-end generic drug development. With the goal of building a national-level enterprise technology center that is first-class domestically and internationally advanced, the center formulates a technological innovation strategy, vigorously introduces talents, develops technologies and products, researches technological market information, and strives to become a national-recognized enterprise technology center that is a strong innovator, has remarkable innovation achievements, and plays an important demonstration role in the major industries of the national economy.
