This ensures strict adherence to GMP standards in daily operations. Accordingly, the company has established a comprehensive GMP training management system.

These systems thoroughly assess employees' comprehensive capabilities through multiple indicators including work attitude evaluation, comprehensive quality assessment, performance appraisal, and skills proficiency tests. The results serve as scientific basis for personnel decisions regarding appointment, transfer, and promotion. Annually, the company formulates overall position and compensation adjustment plans at the beginning of each year based on operational performance, ensuring employees' contributions are properly recognized as the company progresses.
