I wonder if men have ever paid attention to how their bodies feel at different times of the day. In fact, your body is constantly speaking its joys and sorrows in its own language. Let's find out!

  Morning

Dizziness, lightheadedness: If you feel dizzy or lightheaded every morning after waking up, you should pay attention: You may have cervical spondylosis or high blood viscosity.

Severe heart palpitations and hunger: If you wake up with severe heart palpitations and hunger between 4-5 am, and feel fatigued and weak, and the discomfort only gradually disappears after eating breakfast, you may have a tendency towards diabetes.

Morning edema: In healthy people, morning edema disappears completely after 20 minutes of activity after getting up. If you experience obvious and persistent edema in the eyelids or face after waking up, or accompanied by general edema, it suggests that you may have kidney or heart disease.

Bowel movements indicate your current health status:

Continuous diarrhea: If you treat continuous diarrhea as ordinary diarrhea, you may overlook a real disease. Go to the hospital for a check-up immediately. Black stool: This is related to taking iron supplements or consuming the blood of pigs, sheep, etc. Frequent nighttime urination: Apart from drinking too much water before bed, if you need to urinate 3-4 times a night, it suggests you should pay attention to your urinary system health. Dark yellow urine: This is usually fine, but brown urine indicates a potential problem with your urinary system. Colorless urine: This suggests you are drinking too much water or have a tendency towards diabetes. Brown urine: This suggests a potential liver problem. Excluding red urine caused by certain antibiotics: This may indicate chronic lead or mercury poisoning, or it could be a warning sign of kidney and urinary system diseases.

  Breath odor before washing:

Bad breath: If you often feel bad breath, it may be a problem with your stomach or liver, or it could be caused by periodontal disease. Ammonia breath: This suggests you should pay extra attention to your kidney health. Fruity breath: This suggests you may have diabetes.

Wash your face, look in the mirror, and check your complexion:

Yellow complexion: Feeling tired, this could be due to excessive fatigue or jaundice. Pale eyelids: This suggests you have iron deficiency anemia. Pale and red eyelids on one side: This suggests you may have a sexually transmitted infection. A blurry gray ring around the cornea: This indicates that your heart may have a problem, especially for men aged 30-50, you should seek medical attention immediately. Red complexion: If an adult's complexion is as red as an apple, it may be related to heart disease or high blood pressure.

  While brushing your teeth:

Bleeding gums: This indicates unhealthy teeth and may indicate periodontal disease. Nausea: Apart from pregnancy, if this happens every morning, it may be chronic gastritis. Tongue deviates to one side unnaturally when sticking it out: This indicates damage to the hypoglossal nerve. Observe your tongue while brushing your teeth; a white and fuzzy tongue suggests a serious immune system dysfunction or some type of cancer. Tremor when sticking out the tongue: This may be hyperthyroidism or a neurological disorder.

  Daytime

  At work:

Eye pain: Apart from eye strain, severe eye pain when reading may indicate glaucoma. Hand tremors: Trembling hands when holding a book or newspaper may indicate hyperthyroidism or Parkinson's disease. Inability to read: If you are always distracted and unable to concentrate when reading, it suggests you have a lot on your mind and should see a psychologist.

Observe your body's condition during lunch, based on changes in appetite, food intake, and taste:

Normal appetite, but upper abdominal pain radiating to the right shoulder and back after eating greasy food: This may indicate liver or gallbladder disease. If you have increased appetite but weight loss, accompanied by fatigue, weakness, sweating, excitability, irritability, and protruding eyeballs, it suggests you may have hyperthyroidism. If you suddenly lose your appetite, feel nauseous when seeing greasy food, are easily fatigued, have sore and weak calves, brown urine, and yellow whites of the eyes, you may have hepatitis. If you always experience heartburn, bloating, or abdominal pain after banquets or holidays, it suggests indigestion; you should eat more fresh vegetables and maintain a light and easily digestible diet.

Heart palpitations and chest tightness when climbing stairs: If you feel chest tightness and increased heart rate when climbing stairs and need to stop to rest, it suggests weaker heart function.

Check your hands when washing your hands before meals:

Clubbing of fingers, fingertips thicker than knuckles: This suggests you may have a serious lung disease. Slow nail growth, lack of luster, yellowing, and thickening: This suggests a problem with your lymphatic system. Black nails: This suggests adrenal cortical insufficiency or polyposis syndrome. Prominent veins on the back of the hand: This can occur with age, but it may also indicate heart disease. Red palms: When the liver has problems, the palms may turn red due to hormonal imbalances. Moist palms: Palms sweat when overly excited or nervous; if this is frequent, it may indicate thyroid abnormalities.

  Night

Feeling after returning home from work:

Frequent drowsiness: Don't assume it's just lack of sleep; you should go to the hospital to find the root cause. Back pain: Apart from muscle pain, it may also indicate a problem with the spine or internal organs. Back pain when stretching: This is often due to poor posture. Simple dizziness: If it's not due to monotonous work, please check your thyroid.

  While showering:

Easy hair loss: This suggests insufficient hair nutrients or hormonal abnormalities. Discovery of enlarged moles or new moles: This suggests you should be wary of skin cancer. Non-friction-related red patches on the skin: This may be a precursor to liver disease.

  While sleeping:

Snoring: Both men and women snore, but if it's severe, it may indicate a problem with the nose or respiratory tract. Teeth grinding: If you grind your teeth every night, there is definitely a problem with your teeth. Constant nightmares: Having nightmares every night suggests poor heart function. Needing a high pillow to sleep: This suggests weak heart function. Frequently waking up due to leg cramps: This may indicate calcium deficiency or arteriosclerosis.
