2013 Development Training

From April 13th to 16th, 2013, Vanguard Pharmaceutical organized a four-day expansion training program for nearly 80 employees in two batches. Ten activities were arranged: icebreaker, intelligence network, big feet, relay race, advance and retreat together, vast ocean of people, trust fall, aerial suspension bridge, tangram, and graduation wall. Whenever we successfully completed a project, we would cheer; when we failed, we would be very annoyed and reflect on our mistakes. The four-day experience, each project left us with endless thoughts, everything is vivid in my memory.
The most impressive was the "vast ocean of people." All team members held hands, blindfolded, and walked along a dark, winding, and changing path. During this process, you experience many things internally; the experience comes from cooperation with your teammates and mutual trust. When two people walk together, there is more confidence, and this confidence is a process of mutual transmission. Life is a bumpy road; a large part of your success comes from the help of others. Although it is your partners and teammates who hold your hand, countless angels are always with you, supporting you. When you travel through life with your teammates, would you rather walk alone or walk hand in hand? Extending your hand helps others and yourself, making your life path smoother and more confident.
And the graduation wall, a project that made us cry. The entire team worked together to climb a 4-meter-high wall without any equipment. Unless you experience it yourself, you won't believe how amazing the spirit and power of teamwork are, and how valuable the spirit of self-sacrifice is. There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team. When our cheers of success echoed through the sky, our tears flowed uncontrollably. Expansion training not only tempers the will, integrates interpersonal relationships, and establishes good communication experiences, but also gives us much joy and emotion, allowing us to learn to be calm, to think, and to be grateful in the bustling world.
In work, don't be afraid of the unknown; don't give up easily because you've never tried it before. As long as you persevere, success will eventually belong to the strong. Every time we worked together in unity, every enthusiastic embrace after success, every honest sharing after completing a project, brought us closer, with more understanding, more intimacy, and more friendship. The power of an individual is so small, while the power of a team is so great. Therefore, the success of one person cannot represent the success of the entire team; only when each individual in the team unites and helps each other can they achieve the team's goals together.
