Sales Year-End Conference Report: Vanguard on the Road

January 7th marked a significant day for Jiangsu Vanguard Pharmaceutical's 2010 sales summary. Company leaders and sales personnel, totaling 46 people, attended the meeting.
The conference was held at the Qian Dao Lake New Phoenix Leisure Resort in Zhejiang. In the morning, seven regional marketing managers presented their annual work summaries. In the afternoon, the clinical department, PTO, and external offices reported on their 2010 work, shortcomings, improvement measures, 2011 work plans, and suggestions for the company. In the evening, attendees watched a fascinating lecture by Mr. Yu Shiwei.
Finally, General Manager Yao Junhua delivered a 90-minute speech on the theme of "Vanguard on the Road." The report began with an analysis of the industry situation in 2010, explaining Vanguard's 2010 operating conditions and major developments, and elaborating on Vanguard's future development blueprint. Mr. Yao's systematic and detailed explanation was very inspiring to all attendees.
Following the year-end meeting, the 2010 sales awards ceremony officially began, bringing the conference to a climax. Awards included Sales Champion, Sales Star, Best Newcomer, and Regional Manager awards, as well as prizes for the November Nanjing sales training exam, totaling 15 awards.
