  2. Ladies who frequently travel by car should pay attention to sun protection for their face, back, and hands.

  3. Waterproof sunscreen is essential for water sports. Ultraviolet rays can still be effective even after penetrating half a meter into the water.

  4. You can still get sunburned in the shade. Don't overestimate the sun protection provided by parasols and shade. You can still get sunburned even on a generally cloudy day.

  5. For ears, lips, behind the knees, the tops of feet, and the delicate skin around the eyes, use a new lipstick-type sunscreen for easier application.
