Job Description:
1. Conduct prescription process research and prepare the required formulations: retrieve literature, design formulations and processes, and write research plans and reports for each R&D stage;
2. Conduct pilot-scale research based on the prescription process;
3. Complete the preparation of application materials;
4. Communicate with the procurement department regarding the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, etc., according to the project plan;
5. Guide the trainee formulation researchers in experimental operations during the R&D process, review experimental results, and conduct verification if necessary;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical formulation, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacy, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D formulation;
2. Have participated in the R&D work of at least 2 projects from small-scale trials to pilot-scale trials;
3. Possess QBD R&D concepts, accurately identify key process steps for solid formulations, proficiently operate instruments and equipment, and understand their working principles;
4. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand pressure.
