Job Description:
1. Lead or conduct analytical method development and quality standard research (project proposal, design and development of analytical plans, analytical experiments, guidance on data analysis, complete record keeping, and final archiving);
2. Lead or write and review project application materials;
3. Prepare for experiments, including arranging necessary materials and personnel;
4. Guide R&D personnel in the R&D process and provide training on professional skills;
5. Review and analyze experimental results and data;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacy, or a related analytical field;
2. 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D analysis; experience in team management and project management is preferred;
3. Experience with multiple complete R&D projects;
4. Understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D process, ability to summarize, synthesize, and optimize analytical methods and quality research;
5. Proficient in operating common analytical instruments and equipment, familiar with commonly used pharmaceutical websites and databases;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and ability to withstand pressure.
